Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup honey

  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce

  • 1-2 Tbsp AOOC Honey Ginger Balsamic

  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes

  • 4 Tbsp AOOC Ginger & Black Garlic Olive Oil

  • salt & pepper to taste

  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 lemon, sliced into round

  • 4-6 salmon filets

Directions

  • Whisk together honey, soy sauce, Honey Ginger Balsamic & red pepper flakes
  • Season salmon filets with salt and pepper
  • Heat pan to medium high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Add salmon skin-side up and cook until golden (about 5 minutes), then flip.
  • Add garlic to skillet and cook 1 minute. Add honey mixture and sliced lemons.
  • Cook until sauce is reduced by about 1/3. Baste salmon with the sauce.
  • Garnish and enjoy!
  • Optional- serve with asparagus! Double honey sauce recipe, coat asparagus spears in sauce, roast on sheet pan in oven at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
