Honey Ginger Balsamic Shot

If you need a quick immune system boost, this ginger shot is as simple as it gets. If you have a juicer, this recipe is even easier. Adding lemon boosts up the vitamin c content, and ginger is attributed to positive changes in cholesterol, blood sugar, blood pressure, inflammatory proteins and liver health. Ingredients

  • 2-4 Tbsp ginger, about two knuckle sized knobs
  • 1-2  Tbsp AOOC Honey Ginger White Balsamic
  • 2Tbsp water or lemon juice (if using a blender)
  • 1tsp Cayenne (optional, helps with inflammation) 

Directions

  1. Juice your ginger straight into the balsamic and cayenne, or blend all ingredients together and strain through a fine mesh. You can also use a french press, or even cheesecloth.
