The Happy Hearts Kitchen is always happy to make a reduction. Our Easter Special with the AOOC Sicilian Lemon Balsamic is a great place to start. This Balsamic has just a touch of tartness and a wonderful sweetness of lemon that makes it perfect to drizzle over fruit, baked goods, or even ice cream!
Directions
- Place the balsamic in a small saucepan and cook over medium low heat until the vinegar has reduced to at least half of the original amount
- As soon as the balsamic reduction reaches the consistency and concentration level that you prefer, remove it from the heat, and let it cool down.
- Enjoy!
