These sweet and spicy crockpot meatballs are so easy to make! Just throw them in the crockpot and enjoy a delicious recipe perfect to spice up your weeknight dinners.
Ingredients for Meatballs
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 shallot minced
- 2-3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- Basik’s Jerk Seasoning Salt Blend
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp AOOC Harissa Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp EVOO of your choice
Ingredients for Mango Sauce
- 2 cups Mango Chutney
- 1/2 cup beef stock
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and drizzle with 1 tbsp AOOC Harissa Olive Oil for taste. Make meatballs and set aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp EVOO in a medium pan over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides. Set the browned meatballs aside.
- Drizzle bottom of slow cooker with Harissa OO. Place in browned meatballs.
- Cover in beef stock followed by Mango Chutney.
- Cover and cook 2.5 hours on high or 4 hours on low.
- Serve warm topped with Mango Chutney and garnish of minced green
