Slow Cooker Harissa & Mango Meatballs

These sweet and spicy crockpot meatballs are so easy to make! Just throw them in the crockpot and enjoy a delicious recipe perfect to spice up your weeknight dinners.

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients and drizzle with 1 tbsp AOOC Harissa Olive Oil for taste. Make meatballs and set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp EVOO in a medium pan over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides. Set the browned meatballs aside.
  3.  Drizzle bottom of slow cooker with Harissa OO. Place in browned meatballs. 
  4. Cover in beef stock followed by Mango Chutney.
  5. Cover and cook 2.5 hours on high or 4 hours on low.
  6. Serve warm topped with Mango Chutney and garnish of minced green
