A quick and easy 30 minute meal perfect for your busy weeknights!

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken drumsticks

  • Aluminum foil – for easier clean up

  • 1/4 cup AOOC Olive Oil of your choice (I used our Thyme Olive Oil and it was AMAZING, but you can substitute it for an EVOO, Tuscan Herb, Herb de Provence, Rosemary, Milanese Gremolata, etc.)

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 Tbsp onion powder

  • 1 Tbsp paprika

  • 1/2 Tbsp dried parsley

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 and line baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Combine olive oil and spices in a small bowl and blend together.
  • Pat chicken dry with a paper towel. Then use a pastry brush (or your hands, coat the chicken legs with the oil mixture. (Be sure to coat both sides)
  • Place drumsticks on baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Check temperature of chicken after 30 minutes, adding 5 more minutes as needed until you’ve reached desired level of crispiness.
