Ingredients
1 cup butter
6 Tbsp AOOC Butter Olive Oil
sprinkle of flaky sea salt
Directions
- Add your butter to a bowl and whisk it with a hand mixer for about a half minute.
- Add the olive oil and salt flakes and start mixing at low speed.
- Mix for about 2 minutes, increasing to medium speed until well combined and creamy.
- Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to a week!
